These beans - when roasted properly - have the sweet, floral and earthy notes that I have come to expect from Ethiopian coffee. The Ethiopian store near me closed, which meant that I had to go on the hunt for a new supply of green coffee for home roasting. After trying a few other options, I found these, and will be buying them as long as the price remains reasonable. They may be a little wet, but they roast evenly, and you can buy with confidence.

I bought this coffee before and it was roasted, they are selling these UN-roasted beans for the same price - what a rip-off !! They won't accept a return.
