These beans are perfect. They roasted well and evenly. THe taste is devine. Of course I love coffee so a fresh roasted coffee bean is going to always be pleasing. I roast these beans dark and they do not taste over roasted at all. More like a smooth French roast. You can also roast them medium and get great results. Happy roasting!!!

I didn't understand the word "green", and did not thoroughly read the description. My own fault. I bought this for a gift- and my friend did roast it herself and was happy with the results- but, really TOO much effort unless you know a specific way to roast this that you prefer to already roasted beans.
