I received these beans for Christmas and am very pleased with the quality of the coffee they produce. For my first batch I roasted the beans until about city +. The coffee is wonderfully smooth and bright. It isn't a strong flavored coffee like you might get with Indonesian beans, but very clean with some nice citrusy notes and a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. This is an excellent product that I highly recommend if you're a fan of high quality, smooth coffee.
