This is the first coffee i have roasted, so I can't compare it to other coffee beans (yet). Many friends and family members have sampled this coffee and everyone like it; some have said this is the best coffee they have tasted (way better than starbucks). The flavor is well balanced, not too acidic/bitter.Since I haven't tried the real Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, I can't comment on how similar this is to the real thing. Will buy again once I have tried few other coffee beans. |
